I think I got it. I was expecting brainstorming to take longer than this.
I've got a rough outline of what happens what year, but instead of writing lots of short pieces that don't go anywhere I'm going to split up the seven years I have sort of mapped out into two groups years 1-3, then 4-7. Years 1-3 will deal with SPEAR. I think. I haven't worked it out. It will deal with 14 characters, six of whom you've already met and those are, mostly, the main ones. I think one is going to have a slightly bigger role than the other eight.
Since it also deals with a secret government agency, I have to make sure I'm not stepping on :daEmpressFunk:'s toes. Hers is about testing, though, and my group is about destroying.
